Our History
Papa Gomez has a long history in the kitchen. Taught by Mom, Irma, how to feed a big family the best and freshest tamales, quesadillas, spanish rice and Salsa, Papa moved on to train in some of California's top restaurants known for their fresh food approach, Scott's Seafood, Steamers, Rhett's Seafood Cafe, to name just a few, all focused on fresh, fresh, fresh. One of Papa's culinary staples has been his Salsa. Originally made only fresh, popular demand pushed him to develop his biggest hit, Papa Gomez Salsa just for you! We like to call it Fresh Salsa in a Bottle!
Our Products
Papa Gomez Salsa features three great flavors, each packaged in 16oz jars.
Mild Salsa has a rich flavor with no kick at all for those of you who can't take the heat, nor want to! Just the full tomato salsa flavors.
Medium Salsa has a kick but not an inferno. It is a robust and flavorful spicy salsa.
Hot Salsa hits you with the true Papa Gomez flavor before the heat kicks in.
All Salsas are made without preservatives and are all natural.

Ingredients
Mild Salsa contains tomatoes, Green Chilies, Onions, Cilantro, Distilled Vinegar, Garlic, Sea Salt, Lime Juice Concentrate, Water, Sugar and Cumin.
Medium and Hot Salsa add additional hot chilies and spices.
Papa Gomez Salsa does not use tomato paste or added preservatives.
